So many twists were seen in the last episodes starting from rebel by some of the members of the game including the lead character, revealing the identity of player number 1. But still it was not possible to complete the show with just nine episodes. So the makers, director decided to introduce Squid Game Season 3 as final.

As revealed, Season 2 and 3 were written simultaneously. According to reports, the need for a third season arose while writing the second one. So, It will not take longer. The wait for Squid Game season 3 will be much shorter. Within a few months we can expect the show to stream on Netflix. However, Squid Game season 3 exact release date is not revealed but expected to release in the mid of the year 2025.

Squid Game Season 3 Release Date?
The strategy of not releasing all episodes is not new for Korean dramas streamed in the past on Netflix. Maybe this works best that is why it is used most of the time.
